中医护理技术对危重症患者胃肠功能的影响与效果

【摘  要】目的：对中医护理技术在改善危重症患者胃肠功能的影响进行探究。方法：按就诊前后顺序，将我院所收治的82例危重症患者均分成实验组与对照组，对照组采取常规护理技术，而在此基础之上，对实验组患者予以中医护理技术。观察与比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果：实验组患者的总有效率（90.2%）显著高于对照组（75.6%），差异明显，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：在常规护理基础之上，对危重症患者予以中医护理技术，疗效甚佳，值得大力推行。

【Abstract】Objective: To explore the effect of TCM nursing on improvingthe gastrointestinal function in critically ill patients. Methods:According to the order of treatment,82 cases of critically ill patients treated in our hospital were divided into theexperimental group and the control group. The control group was treated withroutine nursing care while the experimental group received TCM nursing on thebasis of routine nursing. The clinical efficacy of two groups of patients was observedand compared. Results:The totaleffective rate of the experimental group (90.2%) was significantly higher thanthat of the control group (75.6%); the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion:On the basis of routine nursing care, TCM nursing of critically ill patients hadgood curative effect, and it was worth promoting.
