复方丹参注射液联合声频共振耳聋治疗仪治疗神经性耳鸣耳聋

【摘要】目的：复方丹参注射液联合声频共振耳聋治疗仪治疗神经性耳鸣耳聋的效果。方法：收治的神经性耳鸣耳聋患者78例，随机分为两组，对照组给予声频共振耳聋治疗仪治疗，观察组给予复方丹参注射液联合声频共振耳聋治疗仪治疗，对比两组效果。结果：观察组临床治疗总有效率为97.4%，明显高于对照组的79.5%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：复方丹参注射液联合声频共振耳聋治疗仪治疗神经性耳鸣耳聋疗效确切，值得推广。

【Abstract】Objective: To analyze the results of compound Salviainjection combined with acoustic resonance therapy device in the treatment ofneurological tinnitus and deafness. Methods: 78 patients with tinnitus anddeafness nerve were were randomly divided into two groups. The control groupwas treated with acoustic resonance deafness therapeutic equipment, while theobservation group was treated with compound Salvia injection combined withacoustic resonance deafness therapeutic apparatus. The effects of treatmentwere compared between the groups after treatment. Results: The clinicaleffective rate was 97.4% of the observation group which was significantlyhigher than that in the control group 79.5%. The difference was statisticallysignificant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Compound Salvia injection combined with acoustic resonance therapy device iseffective in the treatment of neurological deafness tinnitus and deafness,which is worthy of promotion.
