自拟胃食管反流方治疗胃食管反流病的疗效观察

【摘  要】目的：研究在胃食管反流病的治疗中，应用自拟胃食管反流方得到的临床效果并分析。方法：选取我院在2014年10月—2015年10月治疗的胃食管反流的患者84例按数字表法随机分为两组，各42例，治疗组采取自拟胃食管反流方治疗，1剂/ d，2次/ d。对照组42例，采用口服枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片，5 mg/次，3次/ d；泮托拉唑钠肠溶胶囊，40 mg/次，1次/ d。治疗时间均为4周。结果：临床疗效方面，治疗组的总有效率为85.7%，对照组为76.2%（P＜0.05），在对患者进行生活质量影响的方面，治疗组提高率为78.6%，对照组为61.9%（P＜0.05）。结论：自拟胃食管反流方治疗胃食管反流病效果明显，明显提高患者的生活质量。

【Abstract】Objective:Tostudy and analyze the clinical effect of self-made Weishiguan Fanliu Formula intreating gastroesophageal reflux disease. Methods: 84 patients with gastroesophagealreflux disease, admitted to our hospital from October 2014 to October 2015,were randomLy divided into two groups, with 42 cases in each group. Thetreatment group received self-made Weishiguan Fanliu Formula treatment, twice aday, while the control group received oral administration of Mosapride tablet,with 5 mg, 3 times a day and pantoprazole sodium enteric-coated capsules, with40 mg, once a day. The treatment lasted 4 weeks. Results: As for the clinicalefficacy, the effective rate of the treatment group was 85.7% and that of thecontrol group was 76.2% (P<0.05),in terms of quality of life of patients, the treatment group was increased by78.6% and that of the control group was 61.9% (P<0.05).Conclusion: Self-madeWeishiguan Fanliu Formula had significant effect in treating gastroesophagealreflux disease and it could significantly improve the quality of life ofpatients.
