慢性浅表性胃炎采用多潘立酮和奥美拉唑治疗的疗效观察

【摘  要】目的：研究慢性浅表性胃炎采用多潘立酮和奥美拉唑治疗的疗效。方法：选取我院2014年4月—2015年2月住院接受治疗的83例慢性浅表性胃炎患者作为研究对象。以随机抽签法将83例患者分为组a和组b。组a行常规治疗+多潘立酮；组b在常规基础上，采用多潘立酮和奥美拉唑治疗。观察指标：①症状控制率；②不良反应发生率；③治疗前和治疗后患者胃炎症状积分、生活质量的差异。结果：①组b相比于组a症状控制率更高，x²统计处理有显著差异，P＜0.05；②组b相比于组a不良反应发生率相似，x²统计处理无显著差异，P＞0.05；③治疗前两组胃炎症状积分、生活质量相似，t统计处理无显著差异，P＞0.05；治疗后组b相比于组a胃炎症状积分、生活质量改善更显著，t统计处理有显著差异，P＜0.05。结论：慢性浅表性胃炎采用多潘立酮和奥美拉唑治疗的疗效确切，可有效改善临床症状，提升患者生活质量，值得推广。

【Abstract】Objective:To investigate the curative effect of domperidone and omeprazolein treating chronic superficial gastritis. Methods:Case source: 83 patients with chronic superficial gastritistreated in our hospital from April 2014 to February 2015. Patient groupingmethod: 83 patients were randomLy divided into group A and group B. Group Areceived routine treatment combined with domperidone intervention while group Breceived domperidone and omeprazole on the basis of the treatment of Group A.Observation index: ①Symptom control rate; ②incidence rate of adverse reactions; ③gastritis symptom scores and quality of life ofpatients before and after treatment. Results:① Symptomcontrol rate of Group B was higher than that of Group A, the difference was ofstatistical significance by x² test, P＜0.05;②Incidence rate of adverse reactions of two groups wassimilar, the difference was of no statistical significance by x² test,P＞0.05; ③Beforetreatment, the gastritis symptom scores and quality of life of patients weresimilar, the difference was of no statistical significance by ttest,P＞0.05; after treatment, the improvement of thegastritis symptom scores and quality of life of patients were significantlybetter than that of Group A, the difference was of statistical significance by ttest,P＜0.05. Conclusion:Domperidone and omeprazolehad a good effect in treating chronic superficial gastritis, it could relievethe patients clinical symptoms, improve the patients’ quality of life and itwas worthy of being popularized.
