中医辨证治疗慢性胃炎并溃疡性结肠炎58例

【摘  要】目的：探究中医辨证治疗慢性胃炎并溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法：选取2012年7月—2014年1月我院收治的慢性胃炎并溃疡性结肠炎58例为研究对象，随机均分为对照组和观察组各29例，对照组采用西医治疗，观察组采用中医辨证治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果：观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率为96.6%明显高于对照组患者的临床治疗总有效率72.4%，两组患者的总有效率差异显著，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：采用中医辨证治疗慢性胃炎并溃疡性结肠炎，可以针对不同类型的患者对症治疗，疗效显著，值得在临床上推广。

【Abstract】Objective:To explore clinical efficacy of TCM treatment of chronic gastritis andulcerative colitis. Methods: 58 cases of chronic gastritis and ulcer colitisadmitted in our hospital from July 2012 to January 2014 were taken as theobjects of this study, and were randomLy divided into control group andobservation group, 27 cases in each group. The control group was treated withwestern medicine therapy, while the observation group was treated with TCMsyndrome differentiation treatment. After the treatment, the  clinical curative effect between the groupswas compared. Results: The total clinical efficiency was 96.6% in theobservation group and was significantly higher than that in the control group(72.4%), the difference has statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: The TCM treatment of chronic gastritis andulcerative colitis, can according to the different types of patients withsymptomatic treatment, significant effect, worthy of clinical popularization.
