六味地黄丸合天麻钩藤饮加减治疗老年原发性高血压的疗效观察

【摘 要】目的：观察六味地黄丸合天麻钩藤饮加减治疗老年阴虚阳亢型原发性高血压的疗效。方法：选取86例老年阴虚阳亢型原发性高血压患者，随机分为研究组和对照组各43例，对照组口服氨氯地平、辛伐他汀和阿司匹林治疗，研究组在此基础上加用六味地黄丸合天麻钩藤饮加减治疗，疗程为21 d。结果：研究组的治疗疗效明显好于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗后两组的证候积分和血压水平均有明显降低，降低幅度研究组高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：六味地黄丸合天麻钩藤饮加减能够明显改善临床症状，平稳地降低血压，疗效确切，值得推广。

【Abstract】Objective:Toobserve the efficacy of Liuwei Dihuang pill plus Tianma Gouteng Yin in thetreatment of senile primary hypertension of hyperactivity of Yang due to Yindeficiency type. Methods:86 patientswith senile primary hypertension of hyperactivity of Yang due to Yin deficiencytype were selected and randomLy divided into the control group and theobservation group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treatedwith amLodipine, simvastatin and aspirin therapy. The observation group wastreated with Liuwei Dihuang pill plus Tianma Gouteng Yin combined with thewestern medicine treatment, both groups were treated for 21 days. Results: Theeffect of observation group was much better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The syndromes scores andblood pressure levels of two groups after treatment decreased significantly,the reduction of the observation group was higher than that of the controlgroup (P<0.05). Conclusion: LiuweiDihuang pill plus Tianma Gouteng Yin could significantly relieve the clinicalsymptoms and lower the blood pressure steadily. Its effect was significant and wasworth promoting.
