舒适护理模式在小儿急性哮喘急症护理中的应用效果分析

【摘 要】目的：探讨小儿急性哮喘急症护理中舒适护理模式应用效果。方法：选取小儿急性哮喘100例，均为我院儿科2014年9月—2015年9月收治，采用数字表抽取法随机分组，就常规护理（对照组，n=50）与引入舒适护理模式（观察组，n=50）效果展开对比。结果：观察组小儿急性哮喘患儿总有效率为94.0%，明显高于对照组80.0%，具统计学差异（P＞0.05）。观察组肺鸣音、咳嗽、呼吸困难、喘息消失时间明显早于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组复发7例，占14.0%；对照组复发16例，占32.0%，有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。观察组护理满意49例，占98.0%；对照组护理满意40例，占80.0%，有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论：针对小儿急性哮喘病例，重视应用舒适护理模式，可提高临床效果，促症状消除，提高护理水平，降低复发率，有较高应用价值。

【Abstract】Objective:To investigate the application results of comfort care modelfor acute care of children with acute asthma. Methods: 100 cases of childrenwith acute asthma admitted in the pediatric hospital from September 2014 toSeptember 2015 were treated using a digital meter extraction method and wererandomly cared in two groups; usual care (control group, n= 50) and the introduction of comfort care model (observationgroup, n= 50). The effect in thegroups were noted after the care period. Results: The observation group ofchildren had total effective rate of 94.0%, significantly higher than 80% inthe control group; (P>0.05). Inthe Observation group the lung beep, coughing, difficulty in breathing andwheezing disappeared significantly earlier than the control group (P<0.05). 7 cases of recurrence werenoted in the observation group i.e. 14.0% recurrence, while the recurrencepercentage in control group was 32.0% (16 cases of recurrence); a significantdifference (P<0.05). 49 cases inthe observation group had nursing satisfaction, accounting for 98.0% whilethose numbers in the control group was 40 cases (80.0%), a significantdifference (P<0.05). Conclusion:Comfort care model applied for children with acute asthma cases can improveclinical results, promote the elimination of the symptoms, improve the level ofcare and reduce the relapse rate with higher satisfaction rate.
