中西医结合治疗宫颈癌放疗后膀胱炎和直肠炎 效果观察

【摘 要】目的：观察分析中西医结合治疗宫颈癌放疗后膀胱炎和直肠炎的临床疗效。方法：选择2014年1月—2015年1月在我院进行治疗的100例宫颈癌放疗后膀胱炎和直肠炎患者为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，每组50例，对照组进行单纯西药治疗，观察组采用中西医结合治疗，对比两组治疗效果。结果：观察组的膀胱炎和直肠炎治疗的总有效率均显著优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗宫颈癌放疗后膀胱炎和直肠炎疗效显著，具有临床推广的应用价值。

【Abstract】Objective:To observe and analyze the clinicaltherapeutic effect of TCM combined with western medicine treatment in treatingcystitis and proctitis after cervical cancer radiotherapy.Methods: 100 patients with cystitis and proctitis after cervicalcancer radiotherapy, treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015,were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into the observationgroup and the control group, with 50 cases in each group, the control groupreceived pure western medicine treatment while the observation group receivedTCM combined with western medicine treatment, the therapeutic effect of twogroups was compared. Results: The total effective rate of cystitis andproctitis of the observation group was significantly better than that of thecontrol group; the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: TCM combinedwith western medicine treatment had significant effect in treating cystitis andproctitis after cervical cancer radiotherapy and it had clinical applicationvalue.
