护理风险管理在头颈肿瘤外科护理管理中的应用

【摘 要】目的：本文就护理风险管理在头颈肿瘤外科护理管理中的应用效果进行分析与探讨。方法：选择我院近1年收治的头颈肿瘤患者80例为研究对象，按照入院时间分为实验组与参照组，每组40例。参照组头颈肿瘤患者在住院期间接受常规性护理，实验组头颈肿瘤患者在常规护理基础上实施护理风险管理，对比两组患者的不良事件发生率及护理满意度。结果：实验组患者的不良事件发生率为0.0%，低于参照组的10.0%；实验组护理满意度为97.5%，高于参照组的82.5%，统计结果显示均P＜0.05。结论：在头颈肿瘤患者的住院期间，实施护理风险管理具有重要意义，可有效降低患者的不良事件发生率，还可改善护患关系，值得推广。

【Abstract】Objective:To analyze and explore the application of nursing riskmanagement in surgical nursing management of head and neck tumor. Methods: 80 patients with head andneck tumor, admitted to our hospital in the past year, were selected asresearch objects and randomized into the control group and the experimentalgroup according to their admission order, with 40 cases in each group, thecontrol group was given routine nursing while the experimental group receivednursing risk management on the basis of the treatment of the control group. Theincidence of adverse events and nursing satisfaction were compared between thetwo groups.Results: Theincidence of adverse events of the experimental group was 0, which was lower thanthat of control group, 10.0%; the nursing satisfaction rate of the experimentalgroup was 97.5%, which was higher than that of the control group, 82.5%, thedifference was of statistical significance (P＜0.05). Conclusion:Applying nursingrisk management in surgical nursing management of head and neck tumor had vitalsignificance, it could lower the incidence of adverse events effectively andimprove the patients-nurses relationship, therefore, it was worthy ofpromotion.
