中医治疗骨折迟缓愈合100例临床疗效分析

【摘 要】目的：分析中医治疗骨折迟缓愈合的临床疗效，为提高骨折迟缓愈合患者的临床疗效提供科学依据。方法：选取2010年1月—2015年12月100例医院收诊骨折迟缓愈合患者，随机分为观察组与对照组，每组50例。对照组采取常规西药治疗；观察组通过中医辨证论治给予对症治疗，观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果：观察组50例患者中，显效34例（68.0%），有效12例（24.0%），无效4例（8.0%），治疗总有效率为92.0%；对照组50例患者中，显效25例（50.0%），有效9例（18.0%），无效16例（32.0%），治疗总有效率为68.0%，两组间治疗有效率差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：中医治疗骨折迟缓愈合具有较好的临床疗效，能够有效改善患者的临床症状，提高生活质量，具有重要的现实意义。

【Abstract】Objective: To analyze the clinical curative effect ofTCM treatment in treating delayed fracture healing and provide scientific basisfor improving the clinical efficacy in treating patients with delayed fracturehealing. Methods: 100 cases of hospital patients with delayed fracture healing,admitted from January 2010 to December 2015, were randomly divided into the observationgroup and the control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group wastreated with conventional western medicine while the observation group receivedTCM symptomatic treatment based on syndrome differentiation. The clinicalefficacy of two groups of patients was observed. Results:Out of 50 cases in the observation group, 34 cases were markedlyimproved (68.0%), 12 cases were effective (24.0%), 4 cases were invalid (8.0%), the treatment effectiverate was 92.0%; Out of 50 cases in the control group, 25 cases were markedlyimproved (50.0%), 9 cases were effective (18.0%), 16 cases were invalid(32.0%), the treatment effective rate was 68.0%, the treatment efficiencydifference between two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion:TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation had better clinical curativeeffect in treating delayed fracture healing, it could effectively relieve thepatients’ clinical symptoms and improve quality of life, and therefore, it had importantpractical significance.
