雷火灸穴位治疗急性气管-支气管炎 的临床疗效观察

【摘  要】目的：观察雷火灸穴位治疗急性气管—支气管炎的临床疗效及安全性，为临床运用中医特色疗法治疗急性气管—支气管炎提供参考依据。方法：将63例急性气管—支气管炎患者随机分为两组，观察组32例采用常规中西医治疗和基本护理干预加雷火灸穴位治疗，对照组31例采用常规中西医治疗和基本护理干预，对照分析其临床疗效，评估其安全性。结果：观察组和对照组均能有效缓减急性气管—支气管炎患者的临床症状，观察组与对照组对急性气管—支气管的临床疗效及症状积分改变二者相比无显著性差异（P＞0.05），在患者咳嗽症状缓解时间优于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗组雷火灸穴位治疗急性气管—支气管炎未见明显不良反应。结论：雷火灸穴位治疗急性气管-支气管炎疗效确切，操作简便，安全性高，可作为安全有效的中医特色疗法在临床进一步推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safetyof thunder fire moxibustion point in the treatment of acute trachea andbronchitis in order to provide the reference for future applications. Method:63 cases with acute trachea bronchitis were randomly divided into two groups,32 patients in the observation group were given routine treatment of Western medicineand basic nursing intervention combined with thunder fire moxibustion acupointtreatment, while 31 cases in the control group were treated with conventionalwestern medicine and basic nursing intervention was provided. The comparativeanalysis of the clinical efficacy and safety evaluation was done aftertreatment. Results: The clinical symptoms of acute bronchitis patients wereeffectively relieved in both groups, clinical curative effect and the symptomsintegral are changed in both groups but there was no significant difference (P＞0.05) betweenthe observation group and control group. The cough response time of patients inthe observation group were better than the control group (P＜ 0.05). There was no obvious adversereaction in the treatment of acute trachea and bronchitis in the treatmentgroup. Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of thunder fire moxibustion onacupuncture points on acute trachea and bronchitis is accurate and easy tooperate with  higher safety, which can beused as a safe and effective Traditional Chinese Medicine therapy in clinicalapplication.
