自拟补肾健脾方对2型糖尿病肾病疗效分析

【摘 要】目的：探究自拟补肾健脾方对2型糖尿病肾病的临床治疗效果。方法：选取我院2014年1月—2015年10月接收的80例2型糖尿病肾病患者，根据入院的先后顺序分为对照组和观察组，每组40例，对照组采用常规方法治疗，观察组采用自拟补肾健脾方治疗，观察对比两组效果。结果：观察组治疗后血压和血糖改善情况均优于对照组，且观察组治疗总有效率92.5%高于对照组70.0%，组间比较差异明显，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论：采用自拟补肾健脾方治疗2型糖尿病肾病临床效果显著，对于病情具有积极的意义，故值得在临床中借鉴和使用。

【Abstract】Objective:To explore the clinical effect of self-made Bushen Jianpi Recipe intreating type 2 diabetic nephropathy. Methods: 80 patients with type 2 diabeticnephropathy, who were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to October 2015were selected and randomly divided into two groups: the control group and theobservation group, with 40 cases in each group, the control group receivedconventional treatment while the observation group received self-made BushenJianpi Recipe treatment, the clinical effect of two groups was compared.Results: After treatment, the improvement of the blood pressure and blood sugarof the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.5%, which wassignificantly higher than that of the control group, 70.0%, the difference wasstatistically significant, P＜0.05. Conclusion:The clinical effect of self-made Bushen Jianpi Recipe treatment wasremarkable in treating type 2 diabetic nephropathy, it had positivesignificance and was worthy of clinical application and reference.
