猪尾导管行胸腔闭式引流治疗气胸的临床效果

【摘 要】目的：分析猪尾导管行胸腔闭式引流治疗气胸的效果。方法：研究我院2014年5月—2015年5月接诊的80例气胸患者，分为对照组和观察组各40例，其中对照组采用硅胶引流管做胸腔闭式引流，观察组运用猪尾导管胸腔闭式引流，而后分析两组患者的引流治疗效果。方法：在住院时长、胸痛率、皮下气肿、堵管、胸膜反应和腹胀性肺水肿情况上，观察组均优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论：猪尾导管行胸腔闭式引流治疗气胸可以尽快缓解患者病情，同时减少不良反应，提升治疗质量。

【Abstract】Objective:To analyze the effect of the pigtail catheter closed thoracic drainagein the treatmentof pneumothorax. Methods: 80 cases with pneumothorax admitted in our hospitalfrom May 2014 to May 2015 were divided into a control group and observationgroup, 40 cases in each group.The control group received silicone drainagetubes treatment using thoracic drainage and the observation group receivedpigtail catheter using thoracic drainage. After the drainage treatment, theresults between two groups of patients were analyzed. Result: In the longhospital stay, chest rate, subcutaneous emphysema, pleural reaction andbloating pulmonary edema, the observation group was better than the controlgroup, P<0.05. Conclusion: Thepigtail catheter pneumothorax thoracic drainage therapy can alleviate thepatient's condition very quickly and effectively, reducing the adverse effectsand enhancing the quality of treatment.
