芩栀鱼止咳方与连花清瘟颗粒治疗咳嗽痰热郁肺证对比分析

【摘  要】目的：探究芩栀鱼止咳方治疗咳嗽痰热郁肺证的临床疗效。方法：2014年5月—2015年6月120例咳嗽痰热郁肺证患者，随机分成两组，观察组：芩栀鱼止咳方颗粒剂进行治疗；对照组：连花清瘟颗粒治疗，比较两组疗效。结果：观察组的治疗总有效率98.3%，对照组的治疗总有效率95.0%，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的咳嗽、痰量症状积分与治疗前相比均有明显下降，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：芩栀鱼止咳方与连花清瘟颗粒在咳嗽痰热郁肺证的治疗中疗效相当，安全性高。

【Abstract】Objective: Toexplore the clinical effect of Lianhua Qingwen granule and Qinzhiyu Zhikegranule in treating cough and phlegm heat obstructing lung syndrome. Methods:120 Patients with cough and phlegmheat obstructing lung syndrome, treated in our hospital from May 2014 to June2015 were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group received QinzhiyuZhike granule while the control group received Lianhua Qingwen granule. Theeffects of  two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.3%, and that of thecontrol group rate was 95.0%, the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05); aftertreatment, cough, sputum symptom scores of both groups reduced significantlycompared with that before treatment, the difference was not statisticallysignificant (P＞0.05). Conclusion:Qinzhiyu Zhike granule and Lianhua Qingwen granule had similar effect intreating cough and phlegm heat obstructing lung syndrome, both of them were ofhigh safety.
