云南白药联合自体真皮脂肪瓣游离移植在隆颞术中的应用价值

【摘要】目的：探讨应用云南白药联合自体真皮脂肪瓣游离移植进行隆颞术的临床效果。方法：选择我院2010年6月—2011年1月所收治的16例均觉颞部不丰满而要求手术治疗的患者，术后创面涂布云南白药治疗，持续2 d。结果：本组患者应用云南白药后，瘀血肿痛现象得到了较为明显的改善，除1例患者出现少许脂肪液化，经针吸后加压包扎愈合外，余者伤口均Ⅰ期愈合。15例患者经6个月～3年的随访，移植物无明显吸收、钙化。14例患者对治疗效果满意。2例患者自觉颞部仍不够丰满，分别于术后6个月～1年行凹陷区的自体脂肪颗粒注射移植修复。结论：云南白药联合应用自体真皮脂肪瓣游离移植隆颞术后，可取得良好效果，具有取材方便，手术简单的优点，并可避免其他组织代用品的各种并发症。

【Abstract】Objective: To explore the clinical effect of applying YunnanBaiyao combined with free transplantation of autologous dermal fat flap in longtemporal operation. Methods: 16 patients who were dissatisfied with theirtemporal fullness and asked for operation were admitted and treated from June2010 to January 2011 in ourhospital, after operation, Yunnan Baiyao was applied in their faces for furthertreatment, which lasted 2 weeks. Results:The patients’ congestion and swelling were significantly relieved after theapplication of Yunnan Baiyao, 1 patient suffered from slight fat liquefaction,which were healed after compression bandage after needle aspiration, all therest patients had primary healing, and a follow-up of 6 months to 3 yearsshowed that 15 patients had no obvious absorption, calcification of thetransplant. 14 patients were satisfied with the treatment effect; 2 patientsstill felt their temporas were not full enough and received autologous fatgranule injection transplantation in the depressed area 6 months and 1 yearlater respectively. Conclusion:Yunnan Baiyao combinedwith free transplantation of autologous dermal fat flap had good effect in longtemporal operation; it was easy to get the material and to operate inaddition to avoiding various complications of using other tissue substitutes.
