骨愈康复灵汤联合切开复位钢板内固定术 治疗桡骨远端骨折的疗效及安全性分析

【摘  要】目的：研究骨愈康复灵汤联合切开复位钢板内固定术治疗桡骨远端骨折患者的疗效及安全性。方法：选择我院172例桡骨远端骨折病患，以数字法随机分成观察组（86例）和对照组（86例）。观察组采用骨愈康复灵汤联合切开复位钢板内固定术对患者进行治疗，而对照组仅采用切开复位钢板内固定术进行治疗，比较两组疗效。结果：观察组疗效为优者占比82.6%，优良率为98.8%，均显著高于对照组的69.8%、90.7%；观察组的术后功能无论是背伸桡偏还是旋前等方面角度都明显大于对照组（均P＜0.05）。结论：骨愈康复灵汤联合切开复位钢板内固定术治疗桡骨远端骨折疗效高，值得推广。

【Abstract】Objective: To study the curative effect and safety of Guyu-kangfulingdecoction combined with open reduction and internal fixation in treating distalradius fracture. Methods: 172 patients with distal radius fracture of ourhospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group (86cases) and the control group (86 cases). The observation group receivedGuyu-kangfuling decoction combined with open reduction and internal fixation whilethe control group received only open reduction and internal fixation,  the curative effects of two groups were compared.Results: The excellent efficacy rate of observation group was 82.56%, the totalexcellent rate was 98.84%, which were significantly higher than that of thecontrol group, 69.8% and 90.7%; The function after operation, either dorsalextension and radial deviation or pronation etc. angle was significantly betterthan that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Guyu-kangfuling decoction combined with open reduction and internalfixation had high curative effect in treating distal radius fracture and wasworthy of application and promotion.
