辨证治疗肱骨中下段骨折术后生长迟缓临床研究

【摘  要】目的：观察肱骨中下段骨折术后骨痂生长迟缓的临床疗效。方法：将80例患者随机分为治疗组40例，对照组40例。治疗组通过配合中医药辨证论治进行治疗，而对照组则通过补钙疗法进行治疗。观察两组骨折患肢mayo肘关节功能评分标准（MEPS）评估情况。结果：总有效率治疗组为85.0%，对照组为63.0%，两组比较，差异有显著性意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后两组疼痛、运动功能、稳定性、日常运动积分均显著升高（P＜0.01）；治疗组上述各项积分较对照组升高更显著（P＜0.05，P＜0.01）。结论：对于肱骨中下段骨折迟缓性愈合配合中医辨证论证疗法，可加快骨折愈合时间。

【Abstract】Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of TCMtherapy based on syndrome differentiation in treating growth retardation inhumerus lower middle section after fracture. Methods: 80 patients were randomlydivided into the treatment group (40 cases) and the control group (40 cases).Patients in the treatment group received TCM therapy based on syndromedifferentiation while patients in the control group received calcium therapy. Theevaluation of Mayo elbow function scoring criteria（MEPS）of twogroups were observed aftertreatment. Results：The total effective rate of the treatmentgroup was 85.0% and that of the control group was 63.0%, the difference was statisticallysignificant（P＜0.05）; after treatment, the scores of pain, activityfunction, stability and daily exercise all significantly increased, while thoseof the treatment group increased more significantly（P＜0.05, P＜0.01）. Conclusion:TCM therapy based on syndrome differentiation could acceleratefracture healing time in treating growth retardation in humerus lower middlesection after fracture.
