平乐全脊柱整脊技术治疗颈型颈椎病临床观察

【摘  要】目的：观察单纯颈部推拿（对照组）与平乐全脊柱整脊技术（治疗组）治疗颈型颈椎病临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析我院自2012年8月—2015年6月收治的560例颈型颈椎病患者的临床资料，分成两组治疗并观察。结果：对照组280例患者连续治疗2个疗程后痊愈176例，显效45例，有效19例，无效40例，总有效率为85.7%，6个月回访复发率为23.5%；治疗组280例，患者连续治疗2个疗程后痊愈218例，显效42例，有效15例，无效5例，总有效率为98.3%，6个月回访复发率为6.8%；两组比较，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组，差异有显著性意义（P＜0.05）。结论：平乐全脊柱整脊技术治疗颈型颈椎病较单纯颈部推拿治疗临床疗效明显提高，值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】Objective:Toobserve the clinical effects of simple neck massage (the control group) andPingle full spine chiropractic technique (the treatment group) in treating cervicaltype cervical spondylosis. Method: Theclinicaldata of 560 patients with the cervical-type cervical spondylosis, who wereadmitted and treated in our hospital from August 2012 to June 2015, wereretrospectively analyzed; the patients were divided into two groups and observed.Results: After two courses of treatment, 176 cases out of 280 patients in thecontrol groups were cured, 45 cases were markedly effective, 19 cases wereeffective, 40 cases were ineffective, the total clinical efficacy rate was 85.7%, andthe recurrence rate in follow-up6 months later was 23.5%;218 cases out of 280 patients in the treatment groups were cured, 42 cases weremarkedly effective, 15 cases were effective, 5 cases were ineffective, thetotal clinical efficacy rate was 98.3%, and the recurrence rate in follow-up 6 months later was 6.8%; The curative effect of the treatment groupwas significantly better than that of the control group, the difference betweentwo groups was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: Compared with simple neck massage, Pingle full spine chiropractictechnique had better clinical curative effectintreating cervical type cervical spondylosis and it was worthy of clinicalpromotion and application.
