左乙拉西坦联合定痫汤治疗小儿难治性癫痫68例 的临床疗效观察

【摘  要】目的：观察分析左乙拉西坦联合定痫汤治疗小儿难治性癫痫的临床疗效。方法：选取我院2014年2月－2015年2月收治的68例小儿难治性癫痫患儿作为研究对象，按治疗方法的不同，将接受左乙拉西坦治疗的34例患儿作为对照组，将接受左乙拉西坦联合定痫汤治疗的34例患儿作为观察组，通过随访，观察两组患儿的疾控控制情况。结果：观察组治疗后癫痫发作次数较对照组少，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组总有效率（94.1%）高于对照组（79.4%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：对小儿难治性癫痫患儿采取左乙拉西坦联合定痫汤治疗可取得较好效果，改善患儿的症状，且安全性好，值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】Objective:To observe the clinical curativeeffect of levetiracetam combined with Dingxian Decoction in treating childrenwith refractory epilepsy. Methods:68children with refractory epilepsy, treated in our hospital from February 2014to February 2015, were selected as research objects and randomly divided intothe control group and the observation group, with 64 cases in each group, thecontrol group received levetiracetam treatment while the observation groupreceived levetiracetam combined with Dingxian Decoction, the disease control oftwo groups of patient were observed by following up. Results: Aftertreatment, the epilepsy attack times of the observation group weresignificantly less than that of the control group, the difference wasstatistically significant (P＜0.05); the effective rate of the observation group (94.1%) was significantly higher than that of thecontrol group (79.4%), thedifference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Levetiracetam combined with Dingxian Decoction had good effect in treating childrenwith refractory epilepsy, it could relieve the symptoms of children and was ofgood safety, therefore, it was worthy of clinical application.
