脑发育期甲状腺功能低下对仔鼠运动与 学习记忆的影响

 】目的:探讨脑发育期甲状腺功能低下(甲低)对仔鼠运动与学习记忆的影响。方法:选取雄性甲低模型仔鼠于出生当日起每天腹腔注射T4 2 µg·100 g-1至断奶,为治疗组,其余未予特殊处理为甲低组,另设正常对照组,每组12只。各组仔鼠50日龄行为学测试及血清检测。结果:甲低组仔鼠悬吊时间明显缩短,转体时间明显延长,与治疗组和正常组对照差异有统计学意义。甲低组仔鼠在达到学会程度时所犯错误次数明显增多,而24 h后记忆潜伏期明显缩短,同正常对照及治疗组相比,差异有统计学差异。结论:脑发育期甲低引起仔鼠运动与学习记忆能力下降。

AbstractObjective: To explore the effects of hypothyroidism onbrain development of rats’ movement and learning and memory functions. Methods:Male hypothyroidism model rats were selected and were given intraperitonealinjection of daily T42ug.100g-1until weaning; they were the treatment group, those who receive no specialhandling were hypothyroidism group and the normal control group was also setup, with 12 rats in each group. Behavior test and serum detection were given tothe young rats at the age of 50 days. Results: The suspension time of the ratsin hypothyroidism group was significantly shorter and the swivel wassignificantly prolonged than those of the other two groups, the difference withthat of the treatment group and normal control group was statisticallysignificant. The young rat mistakes of the hypothyroidism group significantlyincreased and memory incubation period after 24 h shortened significantly, thedifference with that of the treatment group and normal control group wasstatistically significant. Conclusion: Hypothyroidism during the braindevelopment would decrease the rats’ ability of movement and ability oflearning and memory.
