川芎配方颗粒的药理等效性实验

【摘  要】目的：对比并分析川芎配方颗粒与川芎饮片标准汤剂是否具有药理等效性。方法：选取符合要求的雄性小鼠50只进行实验，分为两组各25只，利用热板法、扭体法，对比川芎配方颗粒与川芎饮片的主要药理作用。结果：经药物处理后，配方颗粒组与饮片处理的小鼠热板痛阈均有显著提高，且配方颗粒组的热板痛阈在治疗后1 h及3 h均更高，组间对比差异显著（t=2.38，7.95；P＜0.05）配方颗粒组小鼠在用药后的20 min扭体频次仅为（13.21±4.23）次，较饮片组更低，且抑制率相对更高，组间对比差异显著（t=10.67，9.84；P＜0.05）。结论：川芎配方颗粒与川芎饮片标准汤剂具有药理等效性，均可发挥镇痛、改善扭体等功效，在临床治疗中需引起重视。

【Abstract】Objective:To compare and analyze the pharmacological equivalence of Chuanxiong formulagranule and standard decoction pieces. Methods: 50 male mice were selected inaccordance with the experiment requirements and divided into two groups,25 ratsin each group, by the hot plate test and writhing method.Main pharmacologicalactions of Chuanxiong formula granule and decoction pieces were compared afterthe treatment. Results: After the treatment, the mouse hot plate painthresholds were significantly improved in decoction group and granule group.Thehot plate pain threshold in treatment after 1hand 3h were higher, and thedifferences between the two groups was significant (t=2.38 7.95; P＜0.05). granule group,the mice in the medication after 20 mins of writhing frequency only (13.21 ± 4.23), more pieces was lower and inhibition rate was relativelyhigher, the differences between the two groups was significant (t=10.67, =9.84; P＜0.05).Conclusion: Chuanxiong formula granule and decoction pieces standard decoctionhas pharmacological equivalence can play analgesicand improve the twistingeffect, which needs more attention.
