八字针法治偏瘫当场见效的机理

【摘  要】目的：论述八字针法治疗中风偏瘫后遗症，当场见效的原理。方法：阐述皮下、定向、阴阳、补泻八个字的核心内容及八字针法所涉及到的十二神针、观形施针、阴阳取穴、阴阳补泻、分节治疗、三三九针法、皮下定向、病灶对应针法的重要理论。结果：八字针法治疗中风偏瘫疗效可靠，纠正偏瘫肢体的症状可以当场见效。结论：应用八字针法治疗中风偏瘫简单易行，患者易于接受，是针灸临床的又一奇迹，值得临床推广。

【Abstract】Objective:Toelaborate the mechanism of acupuncture treatment of hemiplegia effectively onthe spot. Methods: Describing the core contents of acupuncture, namely, subcutaneous,orientation, yin and yang, reinforcing and reducing in addition to the vitaltheories related to Twelve Gods needles, acupuncture based on observation,selecting acupoints of yin and yang, yin and yang reinforcing reducing,segmented treatment, 339 needle, subcutaneous orientation, the correspondingacupuncture lesions. Results: The curative effect of acupuncture treatment ofapoplectic hemiplegia was reliable and the effect was on the spot in correctinghemiplegia symptoms. Conclusion: The application of acupuncture treatment wassimple in treating hemiplegia, it was easy to be accepted by patients, it wasanother miracle of clinical acupuncture and moxibustion and was worthy ofclinical promotion.
