中医“四诊”在急诊预检分诊中的运用

【摘  要】目的：探讨中医“四诊”在急诊预检分诊中的实施效果。方法：依照预检分诊模式对患者进行分组，其中对照组患者接受常规急诊预检分诊模式，观察组患者实施中医“四诊”分诊方式，比较两组患者预检分诊的实际效果和质量。结果：观察组平均分诊时间明显低于对照组，两组差异显著（P＜0.05）；观察组初步诊断符合率显著高于对照组，两组差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论：将中医“四诊”分诊模式应用在急诊预检分诊工作中，能够取得满意的分诊效果。

【Abstract】Objective: To explore the effect of applyingTCM four diagnostic methodsin pre-examinationandtriageof emergency. Method: The patientswere grouped in accordance with pre-examinationandtriagemodel, thepatients in the control group received routine emergency triagemode,patients in the observation group received TCM four diagnostic methods mode,actual effect and qualityoftwo groups were compared. Result:Thetriagetime of the observationgroup was significantly less than that of thecontrol group, the difference between the two groups wasstatistically significant(P<0.05); The preliminary diagnosis coincidence rate of theobservation group was significantly higher than that of thecontrol group, the difference between the two groups was significantly different (P<0.05).Conclusion:Thetriage effect of applying TCM four diagnostic methodsin pre-examinationandtriageof emergency wassatisfactory.
