不同中药饮片炮制方法的临床作用探讨

【摘  要】目的：探讨不同中药饮片炮制方法的临床作用。方法：选取2013年1月—2015年1月我院收治的使用中药饮片治疗的患者100例，随机分为两组，观察组和对照组，每组50例。对照组患者给予普通的中药治疗，观察组患者采用经过炮制的中药饮片进行治疗，比较两组患者临床治疗疗效。结果：观察组临床疗效为显效、有效和无效的分别为29例、18例和3例，治疗总有效率为94.0%，对照组临床疗效为显效、有效和无效的分别为17例、23例和10例，治疗总有效率为80.0%，观察组明显高于对照组，两组比较具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：经过炮制的中药饮片运用于临床具有显著的效果，疗效可靠，安全性高，值得临床推广使用。

【Abstract】Objective: To explore the clinical effect of differentprocessing methods of Chinese medicinal decoction pieces. Methods: 100 patientsadmitted and treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015, wererandomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 50cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional Chineseherbal medicine while the observation group received processed Chinesemedicinal decoction pieces, and the clinical therapeutic effects of two groupswere compared. Results: The cases of markedly effective, effective andineffective of the observation group was 29, 18 and 3 respectively, the totaleffective rate was 94.0% while cases of markedly effective, effective andineffective of the control group was 17, 23 and 10 respectively, the totaleffective rate was 80.0%, the observation group was significantly better thanthe control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: ProcessedChinese medicinal decoction pieces had significant clinical effects, it wassafe and reliable, therefore, it was worthy of clinical promotion andapplication.
