【摘 要】目的:探讨刺蒺藜在人表皮共培养体系中对酪氨酸酶活性及黑素生成的影响。方法:采用MTT法测定刺蒺藜对人表皮共培养细胞活力的影响,采用酶学方法测定酪氨酸酶活性,490 nm比色法测定黑素含量。结果:0.1 mg/ml、0.2 mg/ml和0.5 mg/ml刺蒺藜对于人表皮共培养体系中酪氨酸酶活性及黑素生成均有较强的剂量相关性激活作用,0.2 mg/ml及0.5 mg/ml刺蒺藜与对照组相比有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:刺蒺藜对于人表皮共培养体系酪氨酸酶活性及黑素生成有较强的剂量相关性激活作用。

【Abstract】Objective:To study the effects of tribulus terrestris on the tyrosinase activity and melanogenesisin co-culture model of human melanocytes and keratinocytes. Methods:MTT was applied to detect the effects of tribulus terrestris on co-culture model of human skin cell activity andtyrosinase activity was determined by enzymatic method. Results:The tyrosinase activity was clearly enhanced by tribulusterrestrisin a dose-dependent manner at concentrations of 0.1mg/ml, 0.2mg/mland 0.5mg/ml in co-cultures(P<0.01).0.2mg/ml and 0.5mg/ml of tribulus terrestris showed statistically significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:Tribulus terrestris exhibits dose-dependent enhancing effects onmelanin synthesis and tyrosinase activity in co-cultures of human melanocytesand keratinocytes.
