温针灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效观察

【摘  要】目的：观察温针灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法：研究对象为我院2013年11月—2015年2月收治的100例膝关节骨性关节炎患者，根据随机数字表法随机分组，针灸组50例和西药组50例，西药组患者用扶他林口服治疗，针灸组用温针灸治疗，比较两组患者治疗总有效率，并比较治疗前和治疗8周后两组患者膝关节疼痛评分、僵硬评分、日常活动评分、屈曲度。结果：针灸组总有效率为94.0%（47/50），明显高于西药组的总有效率70.0%（35/50），差异经x²检验有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；针灸组和西药组在治疗前膝关节疼痛评分、僵硬评分、日常活动评分、屈曲度相似，两组间差异经t检验显示无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。治疗8周后针灸组膝关节疼痛评分、僵硬评分、日常活动评分、屈曲度明显优于西药组，两组间差异经t检验显示有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：温针灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效确切，有助于缓解膝关节疼痛和僵硬症状，改善屈曲度和日常活动能力，值得推广。

【Abstract】Objective: Toobserve the clinical effect of needle warming moxibustion in treating osteoarthritisof the knee. Methods:100patients with osteoarthritis of theknee, who were admitted and treated in our hospital from November 2013 toFebruary 2015, were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into theacupuncture group and the western medicine group, with 50 cases in each group,the western medicine group received oral administration of Voltaren while theacupuncture group received needle warming moxibustion, the total effective rateof two groups was compared, the knee pain score, stiffness score, dailyactivity score, flexion degree of patients in two groups 8 weeks before andafter treatment respectively were compared. Results: The total effective rateof the acupuncture group was 94.0% (47/50), which was significantly higher than that of thewestern medicine group, 70.0% (35/50), the difference was of statistical significance by x²test (P<0.05); the knee pain score, stiffness score,daily activity score, flexion degree of patients in two groups 8 weeks beforetreatment were similar, the difference was of no statistical significance by t test (P＞0.05); the improvement of the knee pain score, stiffnessscore, daily activity score, flexion degree of patients in the acupuncturegroup was significantly better than that of the western medicine group, thedifference was of statistical significance by ttest (P<0.05). Conclusion: Needle warming moxibustionhad significant effect in treating osteoarthritis of the knee, it could relieveknee pain and stiffness and improve flexion degree and daily activity,therefore, it was worthy of promotion.
