按揉攒竹穴联合托烷司琼治疗 血液科住院患者呃逆21例

【摘  要】目的：观察穴位按揉治疗呃逆的临床疗效。方法：对血液科31例住院的呃逆患者，根据治疗方法不同分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组给予按揉攒竹穴联合托烷司琼，对照组给予胃复安肌注治疗。结果：治疗组21例患者治疗后至本次化疗结束（平均约30 d）观察，治愈率达100.0%，对照组总有效率60.0%。结论：穴位按揉治疗呃逆，方法简单，疗效明显，值得临床进一步研究推广。

【Abstract】Objective:Toobserve the clinical curative effect of treating hiccup by acupoint massage.Methods: 31 patients with hiccup, who were hospitalized in Department ofhematology, were divided into the treatment group (21 cases) and the controlgroup (10 cases) according to different treating methods, patients in thetreatment group received massaging Cuanzhu acupoint combined with tropisetronwhile patients in the control group received intramuscular injection ofmetoclopramide. Results:Aftertreatment (the average of which was about 30d) , all 21 patients in thetreatment group recovered, the cure rate was 100.0% while that of the controlgroup was 60.0%. Conclusion:The cheiropractictreatment of hiccup was simple and effective, it was worthy of further clinicalapplication and promotion.
