调气扶阳腹针合并耳穴疗法治疗失眠的 临床疗效观察

【摘  要】目的：探讨分析调气扶阳腹针合并耳穴疗法治疗失眠的临床疗效。方法：选取我院2013年3月—2015年2月接收治疗的60例失眠患者作为研究分析对象，将所选患者随机分为对照组和研究组，每组30例，对照组采用调气扶阳腹针进行治疗，研究组在对照组治疗基础上再给予耳穴疗法，随访时间为2个月，比较两组患者临床治疗疗效。结果：比较两组患者治疗后PSQI评分状况，研究组明显低于对照组，且组间数据有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者治疗过程中均未出现心律、心率、血压、脉搏、呼吸等异常状况，尿液检查、血液检查、心电图检查、肾功能检查、肝功能检查等各项指标均正常，患者治疗过程中均无损伤、感染等状况发生。结论：治疗失眠症状可首选调气扶阳腹针合并耳穴法进行治疗，此治疗方式可提高治疗疗效，对改善患者生活质量有很大作用。

【Abstract】Objective:Toinvestigate and analyze the clinical curative effect of Tiaoqi Fuyang abdominalacupuncture combined with auricular therapy in treating insomnia. Methods: 60cases of insomnia patients, admitted and treated in our hospital from March2013 to February 2015, were selected as the research objects and divided randomlyinto the control group and the study group, with 30 cases in each group, the controlgroup received Tiaoqi Fuyang abdominal acupuncture treatment while the studygroup received Tiaoqi Fuyang abdominal acupuncture combined with auricular therapy,and all patients were followed up for 2 months, clinical curative effects ofpatients in two groups were compared. Results: After the treatment, PSQI scoreof the patients in the study group was significantly lower than that of thecontrol group, and the difference of data was of statistical significance (P<0.05). During the treatment, therewere no abnormal conditions of the rhythm, heart rate, blood pressure, pulse,respiration of patients, and the indicators of urine examination, bloodexamination, electrocardiogram examination, renal function tests, and liverfunction tests were normal and patients had no injury and infection.Conclusion:Tiaoqi Fuyang abdominalacupuncture combined with auricular therapy should be preferred in treating insomniabecause this treatment could improve the curative effect and had great effectin enhancing the quality of life of patients.
