推拿中药结合治疗颈性眩晕的疗效观察

【摘  要】目的：探讨推拿中药联合治疗颈性眩晕的临床效果。方法：将本院自2013年6月—2015年6月收治的100例颈性眩晕患者作为研究对象，随机分为实验组和对照组，每组50例。实验组实施推拿联合中药治疗，对照组实施中药治疗。治疗结束后，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：实验组患者的治疗效果明显好于对照组患者，且两组患者比较差异具有显著性。结论：推拿中药联合治疗颈性眩晕患者能够改善其颈部和脑部的血液循环，进而改善患者临床状况，值得在临床推广应用。

【Abstract】Objective: To observe the therapeutic effects ofmassotherapy associated with Chinese herbal medicine in treating cervicalvertigo. Methods: 100 patients with cervical vertigo, who were admitted andtreated in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2015, were randomly divided intothe experiment group and the control group, with 50 cases in each group. Theexperiment group received massotherapy associated with Chinese herbal medicinewhile the control group received only Chinese herbal medicine, the therapeuticeffects of two groups were compared. Results: The therapeutic effect of theexperiment group was significantly better than that of the control group, thedifference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Massotherapy associatedwith Chinese herbal medicine could significantly improve the blood circulationin the neck and brain of patients with cervical vertigo, which would in turnimprove the patients clinical situation, therefore, it was worthy of clinicalapplication and promotion.
