生脉注射液联合自拟汤药治疗 60例心脾两虚型失眠临床疗效观察

【摘  要】目的：观察生脉注射液联合自拟汤药治疗心脾两虚型失眠临床疗效。方法：收集2014年下半年我院就诊的失眠患者120例，随机分成两组，其中治疗组采用生脉注射液联合自拟汤药治疗，对照组采用传统中成药人参归脾丸治疗，治疗时间为14 d，观察两组的临床疗效。结果：治疗组治愈10例，显效32例，有效14例，总有效率93.3%；对照组治愈8例，显效16例，有效31例，总有效率91.7%。结论：生脉注射液联合自拟汤药治疗心脾两虚型失眠治疗组的临床疗效明显优于对照组，无不良反应，值得临床推广。

【Abstract】Objective: To observe the clinical effect ofShengmai injection combined with self-made decoction on heart and spleendeficiency type insomnia. Methods: 120 cases with insomnia in our hospital inthe later half year of 2014 were randomly divided into two groups,the treatmentgroup treated with Shengmai injection combined with self-made decoction, while thecontrol group treated with traditional Renshen Guipi pills for 14 days. Theefficacy of the two groups were observed. Results: 10 cases in the treatmentgroup were cured, 32 were markedly effective,14 people were effective, and thetotal effective rate was 93.3%; 8 cases of the control group were cured, 16cases were markedly effective, 31 cases were effective and the total effectiverate was 91.7%. Conclusion: Shengmai injection combined with self-madedecoction has obvious effect on heart and spleen deficiency insomnia withoutadvise actions, better than than the control group, which is worthy ofpromotion.
