香柏波治疗头部脂溢性皮炎71例临床观察

【摘  要】目的：观察香柏波治疗脂溢性皮炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法：选取符合诊断标准及纳入标准的头皮脂溢性皮炎患者71例，采用阳性药物随机对照的研究方法，治疗组（36例）使用自制香柏波，对照组（35例）使用2%酮康唑洗剂（采乐，西安杨森公司生产），治疗观察4周，总结比较疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率77.8%，愈显率41.7%，对照组总有效率62.9%，愈显率为17.1%，两组总有效率经统计无明显差异，而治疗组愈显率显著高于对照组，治疗组在红斑、鳞屑、脂溢、瘙痒症状及皮损面积改善方面的疗效基本上与对照组相仿。结论：香柏波治疗头部脂溢性皮炎安全有效。

【Abstract】Objective: To observe the curative effect and security ofXiangbai Shampoo in treating seborrheic dermatitis of scalp (SDS). Method: Thepatients with SDS (n=71) were chosenin accord with diagnostic and inclusion criteria, and then they were dividedrandomly into the treatment group (n=36)and the control group (n=35). Thetreatment group was treated with Xiangbai Shampoo while the control group wastreated with 2 % of ketoconazolelotion (Triatop Lotion produced by Xi`anJanssen Pharmaceutica Ltd.). The treatment and observation lasted 4 weeks andthe curative effect was compared and summed up. Results: The treatment group(77.8%) and the control group (62.9%) had no significant difference in thetotal effective rate, but the treatment group (41.7%) had much better markedlyeffective and cure rate than the control group (17.1%). In the treatment group,the curative effects of erythema, dandruff, seborrhea, itching and lesion areawere almost similar to those in the control group. Conclusion:Xiangbai Shampoo was an effective andsafe preparation fin treating seborrheic dermatitis of scalp.
