托吡酯联合卡马西平治疗癫痫的 临床疗效及安全性探讨

【摘  要】目的：探讨托吡酯治疗癫痫的临床疗效及安全性。方法：选择2013年4月—2015年11月在我院治疗的134例癫痫患者为研究对象，将所选患者随机分为观察组与对照组，其中给予对照组中的患者卡马西平进行治疗，而观察组的患者在对照组治疗的基础上进一步添加托吡酯治疗。结果：观察组中患者总有效治疗率为89.6%明显高于对照组的70.2%；两组患者不良反应差异性并不明显。结论：托吡酯对治疗癫痫患者具有显著的效果与安全性，具有临床推广价值与研究意义。

【Abstract】Objective: To explore the clinical curative effect andsecurity of topiramate combined with carbamazepine in treating epilepsy. Methods:134patients with epileps,who were admitted and treated in our hospital form April2013 toNovember 2015, wereselected and randomly divided into the control group and theobservation group, the control groupreceived carbamazepine treatment whilethe observation group received topiramate combinedwith carbamazepine. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 89.6%, which was significantlyhigher than that ofthe control group, 70.2%; the differenceof adverse reaction in two groups wasnot significant.Conclusion:Topiramatecombined with carbamazepinehad significant effect and securityintreating patients with epilepsy;it was of clinical promotion value and research significance.
