健脾益气通腑汤治疗老年功能性便秘的临床观察

【摘  要】目的：研究健脾益气通腑汤治疗老年性功能性便秘的近期及远期疗效。方法：根据入选条件选取2014年3月—2015年3月石景山区五里坨医院老年科病房住院的病人中存在功能性便秘的患者共80例。将患者随机分为治疗组（40例）及对照组（40例），其中治疗组给予健脾益气通腑汤，对照组给予杜秘克。分别在治疗前、治疗2周后及治疗1个月后对患者的排便次数、大便性状、排便困难程度三项评分情况进行详细记录。观察结束后对上述各症状的变化情况进行组间疗效评价。结果：①在近期疗效方面，治疗2周后两组患者间便秘主症存在显著性差异（P＜0.01），治疗组疗效要显著优于对照组（P＜0.01）。②在远期疗效方面，1个月后治疗组疗效亦显著优于对照组（P＜0.01）结论：健脾益气通腑汤在治疗老年性功能性便秘时在近期与远期疗效方面均具有良好的临床疗效。

【Abstract】Objective:To study the short-term and long-termcurative effect Jianpi Yiqi Tongfu decoction in treating senile functionalconstipation. Method: 80 senile patients with functional constipation, who wereadmitted and treated in Wulituo Hospital in Shijingshan District from March2014 to March 2015, were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group(n=40) and the control group (n=40). The treatment group received Jianpi YiqiTongfu decoction while the control group received Duphalac. The scores of thefrequency of defecation, stool, defecation difficulty of patients in two groupsbefore the treatment, 2 weeks and 1 month after the treatment were recorded indetails. The changes of the index were observed to evaluate the curative effectof two groups. Results:① In terms of short-term curative effect, 2 weeks after the treatment,there was significant difference in the symptom scores of two groups (P＜0.01), the effect of the treatmentgroup was significantly better than that of the control group (P＜0.01). ②In terms of long-term curative effect, 1 month after the treatment, theeffect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the controlgroup (P＜0.01).Conclusion: Jianpi Yiqi Tongfu decoction had good clinical short-term andlong-term curative effect in treating senile functional constipation.
