中医辨证治疗紫癜性肾炎可行性研究

【摘  要】目的：分析中医辨证治疗紫癜性肾炎的可行性。方法：本研究选取2013年5月—2014年4月收治的30例紫癜性肾炎患儿，均采用中医辨证治疗。对比治疗前后患者凝血指标的变化。结果：治疗后凝血酶原时间（PT）、活化部分凝血活酶时间（APTT）长于治疗前、纤维蛋白原（FIB）、血小板（PLT）低于治疗前，有显著的统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论：中医辨证治疗紫癜性肾炎疗效确切，可有效改善患儿的凝血功能。

【Abstract】Objective:To analyze the feasibility of TCM syndrome differentiation treatment in treating purpura nephritis.Methods: 30 cases of childrenwith purpura nephritis treated in our hospital from May 2013 to April 2014 weretreated with TCM syndrome differentiation treatment. The changes of coagulationindexes before and after treatment were compared.Results:Aftertreatment,the patients’ prothrombin time (PT) and activated partialthromboplastin time (APTT)were longer than thatbefore the treatment while the patients’ fibrinogen(FIB) andplatelet (PLT) were lowerthan that before treatment, and therewas significant statistical difference (P< 0.05).Conclusion: TCM syndrome differentiation treatment had significant effect in treating purpura nephritis and could effectively improvethe coagulation function of children.
