【摘 要】目的:通过查阅近几年的文献,探讨综合开发利用干姜的途径及未来研究重点。方法:总结干姜已有的化学成分、实验和临床研究成果,分析干姜的研究特点,探讨综合利用干姜的途径。结果:干姜含有挥发油、姜辣素类、二苯基庚烷类等化学成分,具有抗氧化作用、解热抗炎、抗病原体、保肝利胆、抗肿瘤、抗溃疡、改善局部血液循环等药理作用。结论:未来应加强对干姜的化学成分、药理作用和临床应用及食疗的研究。

【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the comprehensiveexploitation and utilization of Ginger and the research emphasis for the futureby the review of the recent literature. Methods: The existing experiment andclinical research of Ginger was studied and analysis of its researchcharacteristics was summarized to study the method of comprehensive utilizationof Ginger. Results: Ginger contains volatile oil, ginger oleoresin, diphenylheptane category, etc, and it has antioxidation, anti-inflammatory andantipyretic antiviral, hepatoprotective and choleretic, anti-tumor, anti ulcercomponents; it improves local blood circulation and has other pharmacologicaleffects. Conclusion: The research of Ginger'schemical composition, pharmacological effects and clinical and therapeuticapplication should be strengthened in the future..
