益气温阳散结法治疗直结肠癌术后患者的临床研究

【摘  要】目的：观察益气温阳散结法治疗直结肠癌的临床疗效。方法：将所有研究对象分为治疗组及对照组，并均采用最佳治疗方案和对症治疗，治疗组加以益气温阳散结之方剂，完成周期治疗，观察对比两组疗效结果。结果：治疗组有效率与提高率占治疗组研究总数的92.5%，优于对照组。结论：益气温阳散结法治疗直结肠癌术后患者具有一定效果，在临床上值得推广运用。

【Abstract】Objective: To observe the clinical effect of supplementingQi warming Yang and removing stasis methodon postoperative colorectal cancerpatients.Methods: All the subjects were divided into a treatmentgroup and a controlgroup, and the control group was treated with the best treatment andsymptomatic treatment. The treatmentgroup was treated with the therapy of supplementingQi warming Yang and removing stasis method. Results: The effective rate and therate of improvementin the treatmentgroup was 92.50%, better than that of thecontrol group. Conclusion: Supplementing Qi warming Yang and removing stasismethod has certain effect on patients with colorectal carcinoma, which isworthy ofpromotion and application.
