四神加味汤治疗抗生素相关性腹泻的临床观察

【摘  要】目的：联合中药四神加味汤来治疗抗生素相关性腹泻，观察患者相关指标的变化，来探讨联合四神加味汤治疗抗生素相关性腹泻的疗效。方法：将患者按照随机、对照的原则，将79例患者分为对照组和治疗组，两组患者的年龄、性别、病情的严重程度、病程，以及使用的抗生素等资料，在统计学上无差别（P＞0.05）。结果：治疗组与对照组相比，治疗组在改善患者的症状体征方面起效快，在改治疗腹泻程度方面具有较为明显的优势，治疗组的总体治疗效果明显优于对照组。结论：治疗抗生素相关性腹泻，联合四神加味汤的疗效优于西医对照组，作用效果显著，疗效确切。

【Abstract】Objective: To explore the curative effect of SishenJiawei decoction in treating antibiotic associated diarrhea by combining SishenJiawei decoction in the treatment of antibiotic associated diarrhea andobserving the changes of the related indexes. Methods: 79 patients were dividedinto control group and treatment group according to the randomized andcontrolled principle, there was no statistics difference in the age, sex,disease severity, duration, and the use of antibiotics of patients in twogroups (P>0.05). Results: comparedwith the control group, treatment group had faster effect in improving thesymptoms and signs of patients, it had more significant advantages in improvingthe course of diarrhea treatment, the overall treatment effect of the treatmentgroup was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion: SishenJiawei decoction had better curative effect than western medicine in thetreatment of antibiotic associated diarrhea.
