自制吴丁散敷神阙穴在调节腹内高压中的应用

   【摘  要】目的：观察自制吴丁散敷神阙穴对调节腹内高压患者的临床疗效。方法：74例腹内高压（IAH）患者随机分为观察组37例和对照组37例。对照组予常规治疗，观察组常规治疗的同时，予吴丁散外敷神阙穴。观察两组临床疗效、腹内压力（IAP）、肠鸣音、血小板（PLT）、血清蛋白（Alb）、血浆凝血酶原时间（PT）、PT国际标准化比率（PTINR）。并进行安全性观察。结果：观察组总有效率为83.8%，对照组总有效率为73.0%，观察组优于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组腹内压力及肠鸣音均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后观察组PLT、Alb均高于对照组（P＜0.05），观察组PT、PTINR均较治疗前明显降低（P＜0.05），且低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：吴丁散敷神阙穴能调节IAP，改善IAH患者凝血功能，缓解患者腹部症状，有较好的临床疗效，无明显不良反应。

【Abstract】Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of applying self-made Wuding San onShenque Acupoint in regulating intra-abdominal hypertension.Methods: 74patients with intra-abdominal hypertension were randomly divided into theobservation group and the control group, with 37 cases in each group, thecontrol group received conventional treatment while the observation groupreceived self-made Wuding San on Shenque Acupoint on the basis of the conventionaltreatment. The clinical therapeutic effect, intra-abdominal pressure (IAP), bowel sound, blood platelet (PLT), serum albumin (Alb), plasma prothrombin time (PT)and PT international normalized ratio (PTINR) of two groups were observed.The security was also observed. Results:The total effective rate of observation group was 83.8%, which wassignificantly higher than that of the control group,73.0%, the difference wasstatistically significant (P<0.05);intra-abdominal pressure (IAP) and bowel sound of observation group was significantlybetter than that of the control group (P<0.05);PLTand Alb of observation group was significantly better than that of thecontrol group (P<0.05); PTand PTINR ofobservation group were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and they were significantly lower than that of thecontrol group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Applying Wuding San on Shenque Acupoint could regulate IAP, improve the coagulationfunction of IAP patients, relieve the patients’ abdominal symptoms and hadbetter clinical effect; besides, it had no obvious adverse reaction.
