中药足浴治疗男性更年期综合征临床疗效

【摘 要】目的：探讨中药足浴治疗男性更年期综合征的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析50例于我院就诊的男性更年期综合征患者的临床资料。给予对照组患者口服十一酸睾酮胶丸，给予观察组患者中药足浴治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果：观察组患者的临床总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：中药足浴治疗男性更年期综合征可取得确切的临床治疗效果，值得推广应用。

【Abstract】Objective:To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of foot bath in Chinese medicine intreating male climacteric syndrome. Methods: The clinical data of 50 malepatients with climacteric syndrome treated in our hospital were retrospectivelyanalyzed. The patients were divided into the control group and the observationgroup. The control group received oral administration of testosterone undecanoatesoft capsules te while the observation group received foot bath in Chinese medicine,the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups were compared. Results: The totalclinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher thanthat of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Foot bath in Chinese medicinecould achieve good clinical therapeutic effect in treating male climactericsyndrome and it was worthy of application.
