坤灵丸配伍复方米非司酮、米索前列醇药物流产的临床应用

【摘要】目的：探讨坤灵丸在药物流产中的疗效。方法：180例早孕患者随机分为两组，每组90例。对照组用复方米非司酮片、米索前列醇片施行药物流产。坤灵丸应用组流产药物的使用方法同对照组，在服用米索前列醇片后1h加服坤灵丸，15粒/次，2次/ d，共服药7d。观察两组的流产率及阴道出血时间。结果：坤灵丸应用组完全流产83例（92.2%），不全流产5例（5.6%），对照组完全流产76例（84.4%），不全流产12例（13.3%），两组相比差别具有统计学意义。坤灵丸应用组阴道出血≤7d者32例，≤15d者57例，对照组≤7d者10例，≤15d者71例，两组相比差别具有统计学意义。结论：坤灵丸在复方米非司酮、米索前列醇药物流产中使用，提高了完全流产率，改善了药流后月经紊乱的情况，具有一定的临床疗效。

【Abstract】Objective:To explore the effect of Kunling Pill in drug abortion. Methods: 180 earlypregnancy patients were randomly divided into the control group and KunlingPill group, with 90 cases in each group. The control group received compoundmifepristone and misoprostol in drug abortion while the Kunling Pill groupreceived Kunling Pill on the basis of the treatment of misoprostol, which weretaken 1 hour after the administration of misoprostol, 2 pills once and twice aday, lasted 7 days. The abortion ratio and vaginal bleeding duration of twogroups were observed. Results: There were 83 cases of complete abortion (92.2%)and 5 cases (5.6%) of incomplete abortion in the Kunling Pill group, there were76 cases of complete abortion (84.4%) and 12 cases (13.3%) of incomplete abortion in thecontrol group, the differences were statistically significant. As for the vaginalbleeding duration, 32 cases were≤7d, 15 cases were≤15 d in the Kunling Pill group while10 cases were≤7 d and71 cases were≤15 d, the differences werestatistically significant. Conclusion:Kunling Pill combined with compoundmifepristone and misoprostol improved the abortion ratio in drug abortion andrelieved the menstrual disorder after drug abortion, it had certain clinicaltherapeutic effect.
