“冬病夏治”辨证施护穴位敷贴防治肺系疾病的 护理研究

【摘 要】目的：在“冬病夏治”穴位敷贴中融入辨证施护，提高护理质量。方法：对450例“冬病夏治”穴位敷贴患者进行通常护理宣教和辨证施护。结果：所有患者均效果满意，1年后随访，患者的呼吸道感染的次数显示，护理后明显高于护理前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：在“冬病夏治”穴位敷贴中，加强护理宣教和融入中医护理辨证施护的相关内容，有利于发挥中医辨证施护的优势，突出中医护理特色，加强临床疗效。

【Abstract】Objective:To combine winter disease cured in summeracupoint application with syndrome differentiation nursing in addition toimproving nursing quality. Methods:450winter disease cured in summeracupoint application patients received regular nursing education and syndromedifferentiation nursing. Results: All the patients were satisfied with thetherapeutic effect, follow-up one year later showed that after the treatmentthe patients times of respiratory infections were significantly less than thatbefore the treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Strengtheningnursing education and combining TCM syndrome differentiation nursing in winter disease cured in summer acupointapplication exerted the advantages of TCM syndrome differentiation nursing andhighlighted the characteristics of TCM nursing and achieved a good clinical therapeuticeffect.
