针刺颈夹脊穴联合小针刀松解法治疗颈源性眩晕的临床研究

【摘 要】目的：研究针刺颈夹脊穴为主联合小针刀松解法治疗颈源性眩晕（CV）的疗效。方法：110例CV患者随机分为观察组与对照组各55例。观察组行针刺颈夹脊穴为主联合小针刀松解法治疗，对照组行单纯针刺颈夹脊法治疗，对比两组的疗效。结果：观察组的治疗总有效率为94.4%，显著高于对照组的82.4%（P＜0.05）；治疗后观察组的LVA、RVA及BA的Vm均较治疗前及对照组（P＜0.05），ESCV评分均较治疗前及对照组显著降低（P＜0.05）。结论：针刺颈夹脊穴为主联合小针刀松解法治疗CV能够有效改善眩晕症状及脑供血状态，提高临床疗效，值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】Objective: To investigatethe efficacy of acupuncture neck's Jia-ji points combined with smallneedle-knife releasing method in treating cervical vertigo(CV). Methods: 110 cases of CVpatients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with55 cases in each group.The observation group received acupuncture neck's Jia-jipoints combined with small needle-knife releasing therapy, the control groupreceived simple acupuncture neck's Jia-ji points therapy, the efficacy in thetwo groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate in observationgroup was 94.4%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group,82.4% (P<0.05); After treatment, the Vm ofLVA, RVA and BA in observation group were significantly improved than situationbefore the treatment and that of the control group(P<0.05), the ESCV score in the observation group wassignificantly lower than situation before the treatment and that of the controlgroup(P<0.05). Conclusions: Acupunctureneck's Jia-ji points combined with small needle-knife releasing couldeffectively relieve vertigo symptoms and improve cerebral blood supply, itcould enhance the clinical efficacy and should be widely applied.
