穴位埋线治疗超重合并无症状性高尿酸血症疗效观察

【摘  要】目的：观察穴位埋线治疗超重合并无症状性高尿酸血症的疗效。方法：将210例超重合并无症状性高尿酸血症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组予以口服碳酸氢钠；治疗组予以穴位埋线，穴取中脘、天枢、气海、下脘、大横、关元、水道、外陵、滑肉门等，10～20 d埋线1次，3个月为1个疗程，连续治疗4个疗程。观察两组的体重、体质指数（BMI）、腰围（WC）、臀围（HC）、腰臀比（WHR）、血尿酸（UA）变化。结果：治疗后两组体重、BMI、WC、WHR、UA均降低（P＜0.05）；治疗组HC有降低（P＜0.05）；治疗后两组组间比较，HC差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），但体重、BMI、WC、WHR、UA差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。说明穴位埋线治疗对于体重、BMI、WC、WHR、UA降低的效果优于对照组。结论：穴位埋线疗法在减重的同时能明显降低血尿酸水平，对于无症状性高尿酸血症有较显著的疗效。

【Abstract】Objective: To study theeffect of embedding therapy on overweight patients with asymptomatichyperuricemia. Methods: 210 overweight patients with asymptomatic hyperuricemiawere randomly divided into two groups. Embedding therapy was applied to theobservation group 2-3 times per month. Points such as Zhongwan(CV 12),Tianshu(ST 25), Qihai(CV 6), Xiawan(CV 10), Daheng(SP 15), Guanyuan(CV 4),Shuidao(ST 28), Wailing(ST 26), Huaroumen(ST 24),etc. were adopted for embeddingtherapy. At the same time, the control group was given sodium bicarbonate andchange the way of life. Evaluation of the therapeutic effect was made for bothgroups after 1 year’s treatment. Changes in body weight, BMI, waistcircumference(WC), hip circumference(HC), waist hip ratio(WHR) and serum levelof uric acid(UA) of both groups before and after treatment were observed.Results: After treatment, the body weight, BMI, WC, WHR and UA droppedsignificantly in both groups（P＜0.05), HC in theobservation group decreased obviously after treatment（P＜0.05）. The differences werenot significant in HC after treatment between the two groups（P＞0.05), but there weresignificant differences in body weight, BMI, WC, WHR and UA（P＜0.05). Observation grouphad better effect on body weight, BMI, WC, WHR and UA than control group.Conclusion: Embedding therapy could reduce the patients’ level of uric acidsignificantly in addition to losing weight, it had a more significant effect onthe asymptomatic hyperuricemia.
