浅析重症脑梗死之六大症

【摘  要】我国急性脑血管病的发病率和死亡率均居各种疾病之首，严重危害着中老年人的健康水平和生活质量，给患者带来巨大的身心痛苦和沉重的经济负担，重症脑梗死与其他类型脑梗死相比，具有更高的致死率及致残率，因此对其研究和防治已成为当今我国重大的公共卫生问题。文章结合笔者临床实践，以中西医不同视角重症脑梗死发生发展过程中之六大症状及特色中西医治疗方案，以资共鉴。

【Abstract】The morbidity and mortality of acutecerebrovascular disease has been the top of the various disease, itis not onlyseriously affected the old people's health level and life quality, but alsobrought the great physical and mental pain and the heavy economic burden tothem, compared with other types of cerebral infarction,the severe cerebralinfarction has higher mortality and morbidity, so the research and theprevention and control has become a major public health problem in China today.Combining with clinical practice, the writer Analysis of the six syndrome ofsevere cerebral infarction from a different view between the  traditional Chinese and western medicine .
