北京市老年干部人群根面龋调查分析

【摘  要】目的：探讨北京市老年保健干部人群根面龋的患病情况及影响因素。方法：采用分层多阶段抽样方法。选取我院体检中心参加体检的保健干部人群，采用问卷调查及接受口腔检查的形式，共调查北京市65～74岁老年人1000例。结果：北京市老年保健干部人群根面龋患病率为23.7%，龋均为0.39，其中根龋充填率为4.4%。女性的根面龋患龋率和龋均高于男性，但两者比较差异无统计学意义。老年人根面龋患病的影响因素为局部佩戴义齿，口腔干燥，口腔保健意识差，喜食甜食等。结论：北京市老年保健干部人群根面龋患病率仍较高，充填率低，采取有针对性的措施对预防根面龋有重要指导意义。

【Abstract】Objective:To investigate the prevalence and influencing factors of root caries of agingcadres in Beijing. Methods: The aging cadres，who were65 to 74 years old and came to our hospital for physical examination, wererespondents of this questionnaire survey by stratified multistage samplingmethod. The total sample size was 1,000 persons. Results: The prevalence rateof root caries in Beijing’s aging cadres was 23.7%, mean DMFT was 0.39, androot caries filling rate was 4.4%. The prevalence rate of women was higher thanthat of men, the difference, however, was not statistically significant. Theinfluencing factors of root caries of aging cadres were wearing false teeth,dry mouth, poor oral hygiene, as well as being fond of sweets. Conclusion: Theprevalence rate of root caries in Beijing’s aging cadres was high, but rootcaries filling rate was low. The pointed measures had profound guidingsignificance for the prevention of root caries.
