脊柱脊髓损伤患者的中西医康复治疗思路构建

【摘  要】目的：对脊柱脊髓损伤患者采用中西医康复治疗的临床疗效予以探究。方法：选取2014年3月—2015年4月于我院就诊的脊柱脊髓损伤患者200例，作为本次研究对象，患者均采用中西医康复治疗，予以常规保守治疗、针灸、理疗及中药内服等多种康复疗法，观察、探究其临床疗效。结果：所有患者在接受中西医康复治疗后，脊柱脊髓损伤均有不同程度的改善和恢复，其临床疗效显著。结论：在为脊柱脊髓损伤患者进行治疗时，采用中西医康复治疗的方法，对患者术后神经功能恢复有着良好的辅助作用，提高预后效果，获得了非常满意的治疗效果，值得临床推广和应用。

【Abstract】Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of combined rehabilitation treatment inpatients with spinal cord injury. Method: 200 patients with spinal cord injury,admitted from March 2014 to April 2015, received a combined rehabilitationtreatment, namely, a combination of traditional rehabilitation, acupuncture,physical therapy and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) herbal decoction, andother rehabilitation therapy, the clinical curative effect was observed.Result: all patients received the combined rehabilitation treatment improvedand recovered, which meant the clinical curative effect was remarkable.Conclusion: The combined rehabilitation treatment was effective in the recoveryof neural auxiliary function and achieved a good prognosis, it was worthgeneralizing and applying in the treatment of patients with spinal cord injury.
