责任制整体护理服务模式在社区居家护理的应用

【摘  要】目的：探讨责任制整体护理服务模式在社区居家护理的应用。方法：2014年1月—2014年12月社区居民34例作为试验组，另外选择2012年10月—2013年12月社区居民34例作为对照组，观察两组的护理效果。结果：试验组满意率显著高于对照组，差异有显著性（P＜0.05）。结论：责任制整体护理服务模式能提高社区护士工作的主动性，提高病人及家属的满意度，值得推广应用。

【Abstract】Objective:To investigate the overallresponsibility in the community nursing home care service model.Methods:January 2014 to December 2014 community residents 34 cases as a testgroup, in addition to select from October 2012 to December 2013 communityresidents 34 cases as the control group, nursing effect was observed in bothgroups. Results: The experimental group was significantly higher insatisfaction rate, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion: The accountability model can improve improve the satisfaction ofpatients and their families, should be widely applied.
