循证护理在脑卒中患者早期康复护理中应用分析

【摘  要】目的：分析循证护理在脑卒中患者早期康复护理中的应用效果。方法：选择脑卒中患者80例，分为两组，对照组患者采用常规护理，治疗组患者在对照组基础上加用循证护理，观察两组患者护理后日常生活能力。结果：治疗组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组患者，差异显著（P＜0.05）；护理后，治疗组患者日常生活能力明显优于对照组患者，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论：在脑卒中患者早期康复护理中采用循证护理，减少并发症，提高患者日常生活能力，改善患者生活质量。

【Abstract】Objective:To analyze effect of evidence-based nursingcare in stroke patients duringearly rehabilitation. Methods: 80 patients withstroke, were divided into two groups, the controlgroup were treatedwith routine care, evidence-basedcare was given another. Results: The incidenceof complications inthe treatmentgroup was significantly lower, the difference was significant (P<0.05); after treatment, activities of daily living in patients withtreatmentgroup was better than the control group ofpatients, the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion:Evidence-based care inearly rehabilitation of patients withstroke care can reduce complications andimprove patients'daily life skills, and improve the quality of life of patients.
