丹红注射液对肝硬化患者肝功能和肝纤维化血清学指标的影响

【摘  要】目的：探讨丹红注射液对肝硬化患者肝功能和肝纤维化血清学指标的影响。方法：选取我院2013年5月—2014年4月因肝硬化需住院治疗患者98例，随机分为两组，每组49例，分别予以丹红注射液（观察组）和常规保肝治疗（对照组），比较两组治疗后肝功能和肝纤维化血清学指标。结果：观察组治疗后ALT、AST和TBiL值均低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组HA、PⅢP、CIV和LN值均低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：丹红注射液治疗肝硬化患者对肝功能和肝纤维化血清学指标改善明显，值得临床推广。

【Abstract】Objective:To study the effect of Danhong injection onliver function and liver fibrosis serum markers whiletreating patients with cirrhosis. Method: 98 patients with cirrhosis admitted in hospital from May2013 to April 2014 were randomly divided intotwo groups, test group（ Danhong injection therapy treatment) and control group(routine liver treatment) with 49 cases each, the treatment cyclewas of 30 days and after treatment index ofliver function and liver fibrosis serum markers of treatment were compared. Results: After treatment, the ALT, AST and TBiL value in the treatmentgroup were lower as compared to the control group and the also the HA、PⅢP、CIV and LNvalue were lower in observation group than the controlgroup, all the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion：The combined Danhong injection on liver function and liver fibrosisserum markers is effective to treat the patients with cirrhosis.
