神经外科护理中细节护理的应用效果分析

【摘 要】目的：分析神经外科护理中细节护理的应用效果。方法：选取2014年1月—2015年1月我院神经外科收治的患者100例，将其随机均分为两组。对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组患者给予细节护理，比较两组患者对护理服务的满意度及并发症情况。结果：对照组患者对护理服务的总满意度为78.0%，小于观察组（98.0%），P＜0.05；对照组的压疮发生率为18.0%，感染发生率为8.0%，均小于观察组（压疮发生率为2.0%，感染发生率为2.0%），P＜0.05。结论：将细节护理应用于神经外科护理中，可以有效提高患者的满意度，并且降低压疮与感染发生率，使患者的生活质量得到显著改善，值得在临床上进行推广。

【Abstract】Objective:To analyze the effect of details of neurosurgical care in in the Department of Neurosurgery.Methods:100 patients admitted to our hospital neurosurgery department from January 2014to January 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine care, whilethe observation group was given extensive and detail care.The satisfaction andcomplications were compared to nursing services. Results: In the control group,the overall satisfaction degree was 78.0% which was lower than that in theobservation group (98.0%),P<0.05; inthe observation group, the incidence of pressure ulcers and the infection ratewere respectively 2.0% and 2.0% which were significantly lower than the controlgroup (incidence of pressure ulcers 18.0% and infection rate 8.0%) P <0.05.Conclusion: The detailnursing in the neurosurgical care can improve patient satisfaction and reducethe incidence of pressure sores and infections, significantly improving thequality of life,which is worthy Of promotion.
